Terms and Conditions

Booking and Credit Card Policy:

When booking an appointment, you will be required to provide valid credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking, and no deposit is required. However, your card details will be securely stored and may be charged under the following circumstances:

  • Late Cancellation: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice and 48 hours' notice for 90 and 120-minute appointments, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

  • No-Show: If you do not attend your appointment without providing the required notice, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

By booking an appointment, you consent to your credit card being charged under the above conditions.

Attire and Professional Conduct:
Clients are expected to wear appropriate attire during treatments. If work is being done on your lower back, glutes, or hamstrings, please bring shorts or boxers.

For all massages, clients must wear at least underwear to ensure modesty. You will always be draped with a sheet or towel, and you are welcome to adjust coverage as needed for your comfort.

Any inappropriate behaviour or attire will result in the immediate termination of the session. Professionalism and safety are our top priorities.

Credit Card Information and Security:

Your credit card information is securely stored and processed using Square, a trusted and compliant third-party payment processor. Square complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring that your payment details are encrypted and securely handled.

We do not directly store your credit card details on our servers. All transactions and payment data are managed through Square’s secure platform.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • Cancellation: We require a minimum of at least 24 hours' notice and 48 hours' notice for 90 and 120-minute appointments to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If sufficient notice is not provided, or if you fail to attend your appointment, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Payment Processing:

All payments, including charges for missed appointments or late cancellations, will be processed securely through Stripe and Square. By booking an appointment, you authorise us to charge your stored credit card for any applicable fees as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy:

Charges incurred due to cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at admin@recoverandrevive.co.uk to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability:

While we ensure a secure payment process through Square and Stripe, we are not liable for any issues or errors caused by third-party payment processors. You should resolve any disputes or issues with payments directly with your credit card provider or Square.

 

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What Data We Collect:

We collect the following personal data:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and address when you book an appointment.

  • Payment Details: Credit card information (processed securely by Square).

  • Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type, and cookies for website analytics and performance improvements.

  • Processing Bookings: Ensuring your appointments are scheduled and managing payments.
